The villa has a fabulous sun terrace from where you can spend the day soaking up the fantastic 'Costa del Sol' sun which is virtually guaranteed daily. We have a fabulous toldo fitted which gives you privacy to sunbathe, acts as a sunshade when required and a better place to eat dinner under at night, you will have difficulty finding anywhere.

We have recently installed a 3 burner gas barbecue where there is ample space to dine with the table extended. The views from the sun terrace have to be seen to be believed with a backdrop of the sea Nerja and the surrounding mountain range. All the photographs on this page were taken from the top terrace of the villa depicting the the glorious surroundings and the panoramic views this vantage point enables you to enjoy.

Nerja is without doubt one of the most picturesque locations in Spain, hence its reputation and popularity, being one of the most sought after holiday locations in Southern Spain. Nerja enjoys an idyllic climate all year round. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be virtually cloudless.

Nerja lies between warm sea and mountains that progressively increase in height to peak at some 3km near to Granada. So... not surprisingly, the climate tends to be sunnier and of higher temperate than that which typically prevails in the region. Bougainvillea flower all year round enhancing this beautiful location.
