Villa Caritas -Punta Lara -Nerja- Beautiful self catering Villa in wonderful Nerja. This Self Catering Luxury Villa has a fabulous community Pool and is ideal family accommodation for up to 6 persons at a low budget and affordable price. This holiday Villa is within 600 meteres from Playazo beach  and within walking distance of all the lovely beaches that Nerja has on offer.

Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Baviera Golf.

Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja can expect about 200 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with high average winter temperatures of 10.5 to 18.2 and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing on the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

Peaceful surroundings with spectacular and panoramic sea and mountain views. The villa has two bedrooms one double and one twin. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge.

Prices are based on 4 persons sharing with a supplement of 40 Euros per person per week for each extra person.

Rooms include a spacious comfortable lounge, recently refurbished modern kitchen and two bathrooms. One  bathroom with shower unit while the other bathroom has a bath with a shower fitting.

Guests can choose to soak up the sun on either the spacious breakfast terrace with views of the sea and the attractive peaceful street below, or the large sun terrace with a toldo and spectacular panoramic views of the mountains, beach and Nerja town.

There is a fabulous community pool  100 yards away with lifeguard and excellent pool bar restaurant open from May to October. Both terraces enjoy the sun most of the day. Punta Lara bar enjoys a nice friendly atmosphere, where home cooked food is served daily. All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided and the villa is equipped with microwave, television, washing machine, iron and heater for the cooler evenings in the winter months. Car hire, scooter hire and airport pickup can be arranged.

The villa is 800mtrs from Playa Playazo , which it overlooks, from where you can go for a stroll and discover a number of chiringuitos and sample the delights of spanish cuisine and the wonderful, but yet inexpensive, local vino. Playa Playazo links directly to the beautiful Playa Torrecilla and Nerja town. This is a beautiful 20 minute stroll along the waters edge whilst soaking up the fantastic Costa Del Sol sun.

Cleaning:	The villa is fastidiously cleaned, maintained and equipped with fresh bedding and towels prior to every clients arrival . Extra cleaning can be arranged  for a small charge.
Starter pack:	A basic starter pack with bread, milk etc. is provided to every client free of charge.
